Training Ride on the CycleOps

My knee is still bothering me, but it is not to bad on the bike, so I am going to start training again. Time to start working off the extra 5 pounds I added since I have been off the bike, back up to 168. I also have started back with the sit-ups on the exercise ball 150 reps.
