Michael Hare: Michael Hare is an avid cyclist that makes his home with his wife and two children in Lower Baldwin County Alabama. I enjoy group rides and spending time riding with my family exploring the trails around the Alabama State Park system. Professionally I work as Vice President of Government Relations representing a company that manufactures highway safety devices for the roadway. Some of my currently committees I serve on are the Markings Technical Committee and the Edit Committee with the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTCD) that helps develop standards to make all the signs and lines on the roads uniform across America. I also serve as the Chairman for the Government Relations Committee with the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) an association that represents the companies that provide the cones, barrels, signs and lines we see on the road. I love cycling and enjoy advocating both cycling and roadway safety.
